Somerset Palace Seoul

The place is clean with well-equipped and reasonably large room, and views over their garden and Buddhist temple at lantern festival. Stuff is caring and really friendly. The venue has marvellous and good setting next to Gyeongbokgung palace.

Appreciated to stay there, the place is pleasant and very good. An electric kettle, fridges, and kitchenware were provided. Staff was wonderful and absolutely amazing despite our late arrival.

Location was favourable and absolutely perfect, in central Seoul near Gyungbok palace. Their breakfast was varied with soup, rice plus Asian items to choose from.

Convenient location, well-maintained complex with useful amenities. Variety of dining options available including Italian, Japanese, and Asian cuisines. Good connections for transportation. Efficient and friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Will definitely return.

Clean property close enough to Insadong, the best neighborhoods, stores. The amicable and accommodating staff accommodated my early check in. All in all it was a really great stay with 3 nights here in an one bedroom apartment.

My apartment was decent and clean close enough to three subway lines and famous restaurants and cafes and Insadong. It was marvellous and unbeatable in center of the city.

The apartment was comfortable and excellent with location short walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace, the Insadong shops and restaurants, and the most important tourist attractions in Seoul. We enjoyed the venue and its marvellous and incredible setting.

Decent place, supper friendly staff and free parking. Marvellous and absolutely incredible location, not very far from a chief temple.

I was really surprised by the spacious and well-equipped apartment at Somerset Palace. The large fridge-freezer, washer/dryer, and in-room safe made my stay convenient and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable, and the included breakfast was a great bonus. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby palaces and cultural sites on foot. I also enjoyed the free events happening in the area and the convenience of having restaurants and a convenience store in the same building. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The apartment was very spacious, breakfast was excellent. Location for sight-seeing and restaurants was excellent. Access from airport using limousine bus was easy

Cafes and restaurants in hotel very expensive. After booking, an email request for directions to the hotel was not responded to, however the airport information desk was very helpful.

English speaking staff who are professional and helpful. Nice rooms with a view to one of the main palaces in Seoul.

Breakfast @ $15++ was expensive considering the limited choices available. The cafe just outside Little Jacob's has coffee/toast for under $4.

I had a comfortable stay at Somerset Palace in Seoul. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and good rail connections. The apartment had all the necessary facilities, including a gym and children's playroom. The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast staff and housekeeping, were professional and friendly. The hotel was well-maintained and had a lovely garden. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
